Betr & TopSport are teaming up

All TopSport customers have been moved over to the betr platform.

On Monday 31st March 2025 at 9pm AEDT, our dedicated migration team worked to bring across TopSport customers, ensuring a seamless transition. You will be able to login via the betr app and website.

For TopSport customers that don't have an existing betr account:

• Your account details
• Any available cash and bonus cash balances
• Pending bets
• Deposit limit settings
• Marketing preferences for email and SMS communications

For TopSport customers that already have an existing Betr account:
• Any cash and bonus bet balance
• Pending bets

betr customers that don't have a TopSport account:
• Nothing changes for your account.

Unfortunately not. The TopSport App will no longer operate.

Absolutely nothing – we took care of everything to ensure a seamless experience. You will be able to log in to the betr app to continue using your account.

If you have a betr and TopSport account, you will be able to login using either your betr login details or your TopSport login details.

For customers that only hold a betr account, your details remain unchanged.

For customers that only hold a TopSport account, you can continue using your TopSport login details.

betr offers the option to login using One-Time code - simply select Login with One-Time code, confirm your DOB and registered mobile number and you will be sent your code via SMS.

To turn on Face ID, navigate to Account Setting and select Face ID.

A back up PIN can also be enabled, allowing you to access your account quickly.

You can use either and you will successfully log in as usual. However, once you have logged in successfully with those details, these will be your login details moving forward. You will not be able to use your other log in details after these have been set.

For customers of both brands upon your first login, use your preferred login details. Alternatively, you can log in using the One-Time Code option.

If you forget your login details for either betr or TopSport, you can log in using the One-Time Code option. This is the quickest option to get you logged in with less hassle.

Alternatively, you can select the forgotten details option, provide the security information and your details will be sent to your registered email address.

Your pending bets have been moved across to betr and will be available to review via My Bets. The odds won’t change and will be resulted as normal.

Your TopSport transaction history, including bets, deposits and withdrawals will be available to download on the betr platform via Transaction History.

No, there will be no fees or charges associated with the transfer of your TopSport account to the betr platform.

For TopSport customers that don’t hold a betr account, your limits have com across to betr.

For customers of both brands, your betr settings will remain in place. You can however change this at any time, keeping in mind that cooling off periods may apply.

Absolutely. Changes to your limits to make them more restrictive will take immediate effect. However, if you wish to make change to make the limits less restrictive, or remove them altogether, this will incur a 7-day mandatory cooling off period.

For TopSport customers that don’t hold a betr account, the expiry of your break was brought across and you will not be able to access your account via betr until the break comes to an end Once your break has come to an end, you will be able to log on to the betr platform.

For customers of both brands, your betr settings will remain in place.

Your bonuses were transferred along with all your other account details. The expiry dates for any transferred bonuses were reset to 14 days from the date of migration. You will need to use the Bonus Bet(s) within this new timeframe.

Eligible Loyalty Rewards Points came across and converted to bonus bets. You can split the bonus amount before using.

For TopSport customers that don’t hold a betr account, your preferences have come across with all your other details.

For customers of both brands, your betr settings will remain in place.

You can update your preferences at anytime via Account settings on the betr app or website.
